A large-format, hand-knotted Persian rug from western Iran, likely from the Hamadan or Arak region, dating to the mid- to late 20th century. The rug has been professionally cleaned and is in excellent, ready-to-use condition.
The design is dominated by a central medallion on a deep red background, accompanied by geometric floral and Tree of Life motifs. Ivory-white corner tassels contrast with traditional patterns. The borders feature typical floral ornaments in finely coordinated colors.
