Product description
A vintage pendant lamp by the Dutch manufacturer Giso, produced in the 1970s. This piece is made of characteristic opaline glass, which provides a soft and diffuse light distribution. The design is representative of the functional and aesthetic lighting often used in schools and public spaces from that period, characterized by a layered, geometric silhouette.
The lamp consists of a conical shade of white opaline glass that transitions into three stepped rings. The fixture and ceiling rose are made of metal. With a total height of 85 centimeters and a diameter of 36 centimeters, this lamp has a significant presence without dominating. The combination of the white glass and metal details gives it a timeless look that fits various interior styles.
The overall condition of the lamp is good, in accordance with its age and previous use. The opaline glass is intact and has retained its original finish, contributing to the authentic character of the object. The lamp emits a pleasant, atmospheric light when switched on.
Thanks to its classic design, this Giso pendant lamp is versatile. It is a suitable choice for above a dining table, in a hall with a high ceiling, or as atmospheric lighting in a living room or study. The piece seamlessly integrates into both vintage and modern interiors.
