Vintage Zajecar Crystal Vase – Hand-cut Pinwheel & Star – 1960s-1970s.
A beautiful, heavy vintage flower vase made of real lead crystal, produced by the renowned glass factory Zajecar Kristal (former Yugoslavia) in the 1960s / 1970s.
The vase features the iconic and very detailed "Pinwheel" motif (fire wheel / windmill) with a brilliant hand-cut six-pointed star (Star of David motif) at its heart. Thanks to the deeply cut geometric pattern and the elegant, scalloped rim, the vase has fantastic light incidence and prismatic brilliance. The vase stands firmly on a faceted, star-shaped base.
A timeless and atmospheric piece of Bohemian-style crystal that fits perfectly in both a classic and a modern/vintage interior!
Features:
• Brand/Origin: Zajecar Kristal
• Material: Heavy cut lead crystal
• Pattern: Pinwheel / Fire wheel with six-pointed star and diamond-cut details
• Rim: Elegantly wavy / scalloped
• Condition: In very good vintage condition. No major damage, chips, or deep scratches. The crystal is beautifully clear.
Dimensions (indication):
• Height: approx. 18-20 cm (7 inch)
Pickup is preferred due to weight and fragility. Shipping is possible at the buyer's expense and risk (will, of course, be very carefully and thickly packed in bubble wrap)
