This antique Baroque-style crystal chandelier dates from the first half of the 20th century, around 1930, and is presumably of French origin. The piece captivates with its elaborately crafted metal structure and the rich, faceted crystal ornamentation, which creates a lively play of light. The 12-light chandelier features classic candle sockets distributed on surrounding arms and a central wreath. The metal structure is presented in an elegant bronze and gold tone. The chandelier is equipped with a central drop suspension and is hung from a chain, the height of which is adjustable. The dimensions are 80 cm in diameter and 70 cm in height; with the chain, it reaches a total height of 125 cm. The condition is good for its age, with a typical patina that emphasizes its historical character. The crystal ornamentation is fully assembled and creates a warm, elegant lighting effect. The piece was acquired from an antique dealer in 2017. This classic chandelier is ideal for rooms with high ceilings, such as old apartments, dining rooms, or representative showrooms.
