Product description
Subtle English ebonized side table in the style of William and Mary. The legs are slightly outward and connected by a nicely turned H-bar for stability, which immediately gives the table a sturdy look. Furniture in William and Mary style (1700-1725) emphasizes simplicity, they also include carvings with high relief, strong curves and elaborate woodturning. Despite these elements, the style was rather austere, stocky, heavy-looking and distinctly sturdy. Straight lines were common. This little table spent its life in Stoke on trent. Do you already know a nice place for this super cool little table?
Of course a piece of furniture that already has a lifetime behind it has signs of use. These are scratches and dents, the normal signs of use for its age. Overall, this table is in very good condition.
