About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a vintage table lamp with a distinctive postmodern design. The lamp is entirely made of matte black metal and features a minimalist yet expressive silhouette, typical of Italian design from the late '70s and '80s.
The construction consists of a round, stable base topped with a cylindrical housing that is cut at an angle. From this, a slender rod rises, supporting an adjustable, dish-shaped reflector. This shade reflects light upwards, creating an atmospheric, indirect light. The lamp comes with a separate transformer, which was common for this type of halogen lighting.
The lamp is in good vintage condition and retains its original finish. The design is functional and, at the same time, a sculptural object. It fits perfectly on a sideboard, a desk, or a side table and adds a touch of design history to a modern or eclectic interior.
