Product description
This is a vintage Chinese table lamp, crafted from a ceramic ginger jar. The piece is characterized by its classic hexagonal shape and the traditional orange and white floral pattern, giving it an authentic Asian look. The lamp base is made of porcelain, decorated with a detailed floral and vine motif in a vibrant orange hue on a white background. The base is mounted on a wooden stand with a dark, gold-colored finish that complements the ceramic. The lamp is completed by a simple, cylindrical lampshade made of black fabric, which diffuses a warm and soft light. In good vintage condition, the lamp shows character and a patina consistent with its age. The ceramic base is structurally intact, and the colors of the glaze are still bright. The lampshade is functional and contributes to the ambiance the lamp creates. This ginger jar lamp is an elegant accent for various interior styles, from classic and eclectic to Hollywood Regency. It functions excellently as ambient lighting on a dresser, side table, or desk and adds a touch of refined, oriental aesthetic to the space.
