Product description
A vintage ceiling lamp by the Italian manufacturer Arteluce, model 405 SS. This piece is a refined example of Italian lighting design from the mid-twentieth century, characterized by its geometric precision and elegant material combination.
The design consists of a pink perspex disc that diffuses a soft, gentle glow, combined with a central ribbed glass diffuser. A chrome-plated metal ring connects the two elements, adding a subtle contrast. The lamp was manufactured in Milan, Italy, as indicated on the original label, embodying the innovative spirit of the Space Age period in design.
This lamp is in excellent vintage condition, retaining its original parts and finish. The materials show a character consistent with their age, emphasizing the authenticity and high-quality production of Arteluce.
As a striking lighting element, this lamp is ideal for above a dining table, in a living room, or as a stylish accent in a hallway. It seamlessly fits into interiors with a Mid-Century Modern, Italian design, or eclectic decor.
