Superb small Art Deco polychrome enamelled earthenware vase (circa 1920-1930). This pear-shaped vase with an elegantly narrowed neck features a graphic and vegetal decoration very characteristic of the Art Deco period. It is composed of vertical bands alternating stylized floral motifs (rosettes/roses) on a green background and yellow geometric friezes. The neck and the foot are enhanced with contrasting black and light green borders. Markings under the base: handwritten painted mention of the decor « Rosée ». Form number 1000 molded in relief. An object with a style very close to the creations of the famous Boch Frères Keramis manufacture, bringing a retro, dynamic and very luminous touch to any vintage or contemporary interior decoration. Very good vintage condition of use. The enamel is very shiny and the colors are very vibrant. No major chips or cracks (presence of the original network of crazing under the glaze, typical of old earthenware).
