This is a unique table lamp, handmade from a vintage Praktica analog camera. The design playfully combines photography history with functional lighting, resulting in a striking and characterful object.
The lamp is composed of an authentic Praktica camera, recognizable by its metal casing in black and silver. Two adjustable wooden hands hold the camera, giving an anthropomorphic and dynamic effect. The light source is a decorative LED lamp mounted in place of the lens, spreading a warm, atmospheric light. A classic Helmalux Petit flash is attached to the top of the camera, enhancing the retro feel. The whole is mounted on a sturdy base of two bound books.
