About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
Here's a classic seating set from the renowned Italian maker Giorgetti, designed by Umberto Asnago. This offering includes two armchairs and a matching side table, all hailing from the mid-1990s. The design showcases a strong, architectural form that's characteristic of late 20th-century Italian furniture.
The set is built with dark-stained wood frames that feature distinctive joinery details, providing a handsome contrast to the upholstered elements. The armchairs and side table share a cohesive aesthetic, with the table featuring a glass top and a lower shelf. The upholstery is a patterned textile in earthy tones of brown and beige, adding a layer of visual texture to the structured design.
Overall, the wooden frames of the chairs and table are in solid condition, retaining their structural integrity and finish. The fabric on the armchairs shows its age, which gives it a certain lived-in character. This set would work well in a living room or study, adding a touch of sophisticated Italian design history to the space.
