Beautiful work of female figures in red. This is a mixed media piece on canvas. The work dates from 2005 and is signed on the left side. The work is not framed but can be hung as is.
Tine attended art academies in Roeselare and Izegem for about ten years, where she focused on figure drawing and painting. She constantly revisits the theme of the human figure; she paints people who are no longer people, impatient and aggressive, in warm, expressive colors. However, colors are essential to her and cause her restlessness to explode on the canvas. These are works that demand your attention time and again.
