About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This artwork is a creation by the French artist Alain Vaissière, a digital photograph titled « Éclats de bois » (Splinters of Wood). It is a limited edition piece that explores the contrast between organic textures and digital structures.
The artwork is a « Graffiphoto numérique » (digital Graffiphoto) mounted on an Aluminium Dibond support, a technique that gives the image remarkable depth and clarity. Measuring 70 x 70 cm, the composition features fragments of wood in warm tones superimposed on a complex geometric background in shades of gray and black. This piece is the first in a very limited series of five copies, as indicated by the numbering 1/5.
The general condition of the artwork is excellent, having been carefully preserved. The authenticity and provenance of the piece are confirmed by the original certificate of authenticity that accompanies it, dated 2015 and signed by the artist.
Thanks to its contemporary and abstract aesthetic, this artwork fits perfectly into a modern or minimalist interior. It constitutes a striking focal point in a living room, an office, or an entrance hall, where its visual complexity can be fully appreciated.
