This is an original screen print by the Dutch artist Sjer Jacobs, titled "Copacabana Blue". The work, created in 2007, shows the artist's characteristic figurative and expressive style, capturing the human form in a dynamic and emotional way.
This screen print is executed on paper and is part of a limited edition of 150 pieces, of which this copy is number 127. The composition is built from powerful lines and color fields, with a palette of deep blue, black, and accents in gold and silver that give the work a special texture and depth. The work is signed in pencil by the artist and dated on the bottom right, and numbered on the bottom left.
The overall condition of the print is very good, with bright colors and an undamaged image. The work is offered unframed, which offers the possibility to frame it according to personal taste and to match the interior. The wide, unprinted margins are intact and clean.
With its lively appearance and refined use of color, "Copacabana Blue" is a characteristic piece that can add an expressive and modern accent to both a living and a workspace. It fits well within a contemporary, design or eclectic interior.
