Product description
This set is an Art Deco porcelain coffee set, produced and stamped by the U.C. Limoges manufacture in France. It stands out with its bold geometric shapes and refined decor, emblematic of early 20th-century design. The set is made of fine white Limoges porcelain. Each piece is adorned with a complex geometric pattern and flowers, enhanced with blue lines and silver or platinum accents that highlight the octagonal shapes. The complete set includes a coffee pot, a sugar bowl with lid, a milk jug, as well as eleven cups and their matching saucers, testifying to French table art. The general condition of this set is excellent, especially for a set from this period. Only 1 cup has a hairline crack but remains watertight. This Art Deco coffee set is a choice piece to bring a touch of elegance to special occasions. It fits perfectly into a classic interior or as a contrasting element in a contemporary decor, displayed in a display cabinet or a dresser.
