A photograph taken during a holiday in Zanzibar gave rise to this painting in my studio. The painter, born 1946 in Ruinerwold, self-taught, painted over 200 paintings on canvas and panel in oil and acrylic over approximately 20 years. He was a board member and founder of BArt [Berkelland Art] and organized many exhibitions for the association. His paintings hang both domestically and abroad. Several have already been sold via Whoppah.
