Product description
Large operating lamp (60s) mounted on a column stand on a Cambo photo studio (from the 1950s).
This unit was purchased without bulbs; the rare spot lights (PAR46) were found unused as old stock in the U.S.A.
These twelve glass units were subsequently drilled open and fitted with LED modules.
This reduced the wattage per lamp from 40 to 4 watts (480 lumens each).
As a result, the lamp now has a total power consumption of 48W instead of 480W.
This warm lighting is beautifully dimmed and switched using a rotary knob on the lamp.
This lighting can also be switched separately to only the four inner lamps or the eight in the outer circle.
The 12 lamp rings were also no longer present in their original form (in black plastic); these have been replaced by 12 laser-cut rings in stainless steel. A unique feature of this lamp is the beam-direction mechanism; the entire outer circle of lamps can be angled inwards or outwards via a rotary knob.
The column contains a working counterweight which, via a pulley, relieves the height adjustment of the lamp arm.
By turning the three knobs in the tripod base, the entire unit becomes easily mobile.
Color scheme: tripod in newly applied hammered black; column is original chrome/nickel (with signs of use).

Total column height: 210 cm (a second grey column of 260 cm is also available).
Total lamp height in the highest position on the tripod of 210 cm becomes: 320 cm.
