Private sellerProduct description
This is an original oil painting on canvas by the Dutch artist Petra Kwaadgras. The work, signed and dated 'P.K '12', is a characteristic example of her figurative and symbolic style. The composition is a dreamlike collection of objects and figures that tell a complex visual story.
The painting is executed in a limited but powerful color palette of purple, gray, and white tones. Measuring 120 cm wide and 100 cm high, it is a work of considerable size. The technique shows detailed and fine brushwork, with each element, from the central face to the surrounding symbols such as an alarm clock, shoes, and scissors, rendered with precision.
The artwork is in excellent condition. The canvas is tightly stretched on a sturdy aluminum frame, ensuring durability and a modern finish. The painting is equipped with a hanging wire on the back and is ready to take a prominent place on the wall.
Due to its size and intriguing visual language, this painting is an impressive eye-catcher in a modern or eclectic interior. It invites interpretation and is a conversation starter, ideal for a living room, office, or creative space.
