Product description
Very beautiful antique armchair in the Napoleon III style, dated from the second half of the 19th century (around 1860–1880).
The structure is made of rosewood, an exotic wood valued for its marked grain, dark brown and black, offering a particularly elegant and luxurious appearance.
The backrest features a refined openwork sculpture as well as finely turned elements, typical of this period.
The seat is comfortable, covered in an ivory fabric with golden reflections, in good condition.
The chair is solid, stable, and ready for use.
Minor renovation on the back of the backrest, barely visible in this dark wood; see photo.
