Product description
For sale: An exceptionally rare and fully complete 7-piece modular epergne (table centerpiece) from the renowned glass factory Vetreria Effe Due Murano, designed by the famous glass master Franco Fuga. This masterpiece is executed in the iconic Scavo technique (perfected in the 70s/80s), which gives the glass a beautiful, matte, archaeological texture reminiscent of antique Roman glass. The soft pink (Rosaline) details elegantly light up through the opalescent outer layer. The design is based on an organic lotus/water lily motif. The set is fully modular and consists of: - 1x Central trumpet vase - 1x Large presentation bowl - 1x Inverted sculptural foot/base - 4x Matching loose lotus bowls/cups. Condition: In absolute top condition without chips, breaks, or restorations. The original, authentic Effe Due Murano factory sticker is still perfectly present on the glass (see photo). Seller's note: Due to the high exclusivity, rarity, and absolute pristine condition of this art glass, the set was deliberately not assembled for the photos to avoid any risk of assembly marks or friction scratches. The set will be shipped extremely professionally, individually wrapped in bubble wrap and double certified packaged.
