Imposing large Louis XV style console, made of wood and topped with a wide veined marble top with a molded edge.
The piece stands out for the richness of its decorative work: it features three drawers, a slightly curved front, ornamental hardware, tall curved legs, and an elaborate openwork lower skirt, decorated with scrolls and Rococo-inspired plant motifs. The sides and corners also incorporate carved elements that reinforce the sculptural character of the furniture.
Its two meters in length give it an exceptional presence. It is especially suitable as a large hallway console, living room or dining room furniture, and can work very well both in a classic interior and combined with contemporary pieces in an eclectic decoration.
It is part of a set with a matching display cabinet, also available.
