Beautiful and spectacular vintage Taraxacum 88 (S1) chandelier, one of the icons of the 80s 60 bulb version Taraxacum 88 is a sculptural and impactful pendant lamp, designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1988. Conceived as a contemporary chandelier, it evolves from the original Taraxacum model with a bold and industrial character, replacing the Cocoon surface with exposed bulbs, continuing to evoke the head of a dandelion. Designed for large communal spaces, it represents a radical change from traditional pendant lamps and embodies Castiglioni's fascination with technical innovation.
