Rare vintage Jasba 'Antik' urn / pot with lid (model 5065-20) – West Germany. For the enthusiast and collector of special West German ceramics: a beautiful and rare lidded pot/urn from the quality brand Jasba, from the iconic 'Antik' series (1960s/70s).
This model (number 5065-20) immediately stands out due to its unique handles in the shape of mythical creatures/stylistic beings and the detailed geometric relief patterns. The pot is finished in a warm, characteristic ocher/brown-green glaze that fits perfectly within a mid-century modern, boho or eclectic interior.

Condition:
The pot is in very good vintage condition. The ceramic has no cracks or restorations. There is only a tiny, inconspicuous spot on the rim (see detail photo), which is completely normal for an authentic object of this age. The fragile ears and the knob on the lid are completely intact.
Preferably pick up due to fragility, but shipping is possible, whereby the pot will be packed extremely carefully and thickly in bubble wrap (risk and costs for the buyer).
