Full Metal Jacket – Homage to Stanley Kubrick, 2003 C-Print, 60 × 260 cm The work is based on a camera shot from Stanley Kubrick's Full Metal Jacket. A single take between two cuts was assembled frame by frame into a continuous panorama. The basis was the analog 35mm film material on celluloid, which was viewed and cut at ARRI in Munich. Thus, the temporal movement of the film becomes a single static, monumental image. In 2015, the work was exhibited at the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brussels.
