As is so often the case with Philip Bro's designs, Champ's inspiration comes from his interpretation of Danish design tradition and adds his own sense of style and playfulness. With soft elliptical rounded shapes, Champ features a layered shade design in brushed and lacquered metal that conceals the light source while emitting a warm, downward-facing ambient light.
Champ was created by playing with indirect light through curved metal forms - just as Danish designers have done over the centuries. With its simple shade, the pendant lamp can hang both high and low without the light source blinding you.
