Product description
This is a Soft Dream two-seater sofa with a matching ottoman, designed by Antonio Citterio for the esteemed Italian manufacturer Flexform. The set is defined by its light, floating appearance, achieved by elevating the upholstered volumes on elegant, die-cast metal feet, a signature of Citterio's work.
The sofa and ottoman are upholstered in a durable, high-quality linen-blend textile in a versatile beige hue. The frame is constructed from metal with a dark finish, providing a strong visual contrast to the light fabric. The cushions are generously filled, promising significant comfort, while the base of the sofa is detailed with dark brown leather. This combination of materials is characteristic of Flexform's commitment to sophisticated, contemporary design and superior craftsmanship.
Presented in excellent condition, this set shows minimal signs of use, retaining the clean lines and structural integrity of the original design. The fabric is clean and the form of the cushions remains full and inviting. The piece is a testament to the enduring quality of Italian furniture making. The frame of the sofa has some signs of use.
The clean, minimalist aesthetic of the Soft Dream sofa makes it a suitable anchor for a modern or contemporary living space. Its neutral colour palette allows for easy integration with various interior styles, pairing well with both bold and subtle decorative elements.
