About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a wooden divan or Daybed, dating from the early 20th century. The piece is characterized by its carved wooden structure and its extendable functionality for a 180 cm mattress.
When closed, it measures 143 cm in total (the interior of the seat is 138 cm).
The height of the headboards is 66 cm
The width of the mattress is 76 cm
Seat height 34 cm.
One side is pulled out and the sofa extends up to 180 cm.
The general condition of the piece is good, consistent with its age and use. The wood retains its original patina. The most notable defect, which does not affect the furniture, is a hole in the veneer as seen in the photos when extended, but it would be covered when used as a bed. (see photos).
Thanks to its dual function as a seat and an extra bed, this divan is an ideal solution for a living room, a study, or a guest room.
