Original Swedish Elidus wall lamp dating from the 1960s/70s. Its most distinctive feature is the original textile-covered shade with a bold floral pattern in warm brown, orange, ochre and cream.
The textile pattern was designed by Swedish textile designer May Bühler and bears her visible “Bühler” signature on the shade.
The cream-coloured plastic lamp has an adjustable arm for directing the light and a switch integrated into the round wall base. The original Elidus instruction label is still present on the reverse.
Good vintage condition with light signs of age and use. The cream plastic shows natural ageing consistent with the period, while the textile shade retains its strong colours. Please examine the detailed photographs for the exact condition.
Shade dimensions: approximately 10 cm high and 10 cm in diameter.
