About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a vintage wall system by the Dutch manufacturer Drentea, a design characteristic of the 1960s. The system is a good example of the functionalist and minimalist aesthetic popular in the mid-20th century, similar to the well-known designs by Pilastro and Tomado.
The modular unit consists of three black metal wall supports and three metal shelves in different colors: teal blue, olive green, and off-white. The lacquered steel construction is both lightweight and robust, designed for easy wall mounting. The shelves can be placed at any desired height in the uprights, allowing for a flexible arrangement.
The wall system is in good vintage condition, consistent with its age and use. The original lacquer and colors have been preserved and show a characteristic patina that contributes to the authentic appearance of the furniture. The overall structure is solid and fully functional.
6 shelves of 65 x 19 cm
3 supports of 73 x 21 cm
