This set, consisting of a sofa and a George model pouf, was designed by Antonio Citterio for B&B Italia in 2001. The contrasting color combination and clean, modern lines define the character of this iconic piece of Italian design.
The sofa's structure is made of steel with polyurethane foam padding, ensuring comfort and durability. The upholstery is in lime green "Sarabi" fabric, a blend of viscose, linen, and cotton. The matching pouf is upholstered in burgundy "Esto" fabric, composed of viscose, polyester, cotton, and silk. Both fabrics are stain-resistant, as specified in the original documentation, and rest on elegant polished aluminum feet.
The set is in excellent general condition, testifying to careful maintenance over time. The fabrics retain their chromatic vibrancy and structural integrity, showing only slight signs consistent with normal use.
