Private sellerProduct description
Lamp is 3 years old.
An iconic design by the Spanish manufacturer Marset, designed by Christophe Mathieu. The Discocó pendant lamp is a sculptural object immediately recognizable by its layered construction. The design plays with light and shadow, creating a dynamic and atmospheric effect even when the lamp is switched off.
This specific version has a diameter of 88 cm, making it an impressive appearance. The lamp is constructed from 35 opaque discs of white lacquered ABS plastic, attached to a chrome-plated metal core. These discs reflect light downwards and simultaneously project a subtle play of light upwards, providing rich and layered illumination in the room.
The lamp is in excellent condition, carefully maintained and shows no significant signs of use. The white lacquer and chrome-plated details have retained their original finish and shine, testifying to the high quality of the materials used.
With its considerable size, this Discocó pendant lamp is ideal as a central light source above a large dining table, in a living room with a high ceiling, or in a representative entrance. It seamlessly fits into both modern and minimalist interior styles.
