Product description
This is a Cycladic-style sculpture, crafted from ground alabaster. The work, titled 'Devotion', depicts two stylized faces in an intimate embrace, exuding a serene, understated atmosphere.
The sculpture was made in Greece, as indicated by the maker's sticker on the underside. It is crafted from a composite of ground alabaster, resulting in a smooth, matte finish in a cream-white color. The clean, abstract lines and the minimalist representation of the facial features are characteristic of the modern interpretation of ancient Cycladic art.
The overall condition of the sculpture is very good, retaining its original finish. The piece weighs approximately one kilogram, giving it a solid and substantial feel. The sticker on the underside confirms its Greek origin and contributes to the object's authenticity.
With its symbolic theme of devotion, this sculpture is a meaningful object that fits into various interior styles, from modern and minimalist to classic. It can serve as a central decorative element on a sideboard, in a bookcase, or on a desk.
