Condition description:
As can be seen in the pictures, the sofa is in top condition with no defects. No scratches, tears, stains, holes, fading or similar on the leather.
The upholstery is still flawless (back cushions were recently re-upholstered by an upholsterer for 400€)
Only the underfabric beneath the seat cushions has a tear of approx. 10cm. However, this is not visible and does not affect the great seating comfort.
The sofa comes from a pet-free, non-smoking household.
