La sterne chair from 2002/2003 by sculptor l.burquier dit polyte solet.
Handmade in walnut wood, the chairs are unique and exceptional pieces. I have 2 available, minor repairs on them, see photos.
Vienne is a French sculptor who has established himself as a major figure in contemporary art in France.
From the outset, burquier's style has been both bold and refined, influenced by his personal experiences and reflections on nature.
His artistic journey began in earnest when he enrolled at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Lyon, where he was trained by masters of traditional sculpture - an education that does not translate directly into his work, but remains essential to his development.
