About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a unique vintage table lamp, executed in an unmistakable Brutalist style. The lamp is entirely made from a heavy, welded metal chain, which gives it a tough and industrial look. The design is a perfect example of how a raw material can be transformed into a sculptural and functional object.
The construction is as simple as it is effective: the base is formed by a coiled piece of chain that provides stability, while the stem runs straight upwards. The dark, almost black finish of the iron gives the lamp a lived-in character. The minimalist design, without a lampshade, places full emphasis on the form and material, making it a striking statement piece.
This lamp fits perfectly into an industrial or modern interior, for example on a dresser, a desk, or a side table. It adds a raw, artistic element to the space and provides atmospheric, direct light. The overall condition is good, with a patina that contributes to its vintage charm.
