Product description
This is the Arnold sofa, a design by Japanese designer Toshiyuki Kita for the Italian brand Bonaldo. The piece of furniture is characterized by its sculptural and organic design, which has a playful yet refined character. The two-seater sofa stands on a sturdy metal base with a chrome finish. The furniture has recently been professionally re-upholstered with a combination of two fabrics: a white, soft bouclé-like textile for the backrest and armrests, and a grey-black mottled fabric for the seat. This combination of textures and colors emphasizes the unique lines of the design. The original, old-pink upholstery is still under the new upholstery and is reportedly in good condition. The overall condition of the sofa is excellent, with a fresh and unused appearance thanks to the new upholstery. The frame is solid and shows the quality characteristic of Bonaldo's production. With its compact size and striking design, the Arnold sofa is a versatile piece of furniture. It fits well in both a modern and an eclectic living space, where it can serve as comfortable seating and an artistic statement.
