Product description
This refined ceramic sculpture depicts a pair of white doves, a symbol of love and peace. The piece originates from Vicenza, Italy, a region known for its high-quality ceramic production. The elegant composition and detailed finish make this a timeless Decorative Object.
The sculpture is crafted from white glazed ceramic and hand-finished, as indicated by the original sticker 'Original Vicenza Italien HAND - ARBEIT'. The beaks and feet of the doves are accented with a glossy gold layer, offering a luxurious contrast to the bright white. The base also features a subtle gold trim, giving the design coherence and a classic look.
The overall condition of the sculpture is excellent, with undamaged glaze and bright, intact gold details. The piece shows no visible signs of wear and has clearly been preserved with care. The hollow interior is characteristic of this type of ceramic casting.
This dove pair is a charming addition to various interior styles, from classic to Hollywood Regency. The sculpture will look beautiful on a dresser, a mantelpiece, or in a display cabinet, where it adds a touch of romance and artisanal elegance.
