Product description
This is the iconic 1968 double album by The Beatles, officially titled 'The Beatles' but known worldwide as the 'White Album'. The album is renowned for its minimalist cover design by pop artist Richard Hamilton, a stark contrast to their earlier, colorful work.
This specific edition is a stereo pressing on the Apple Records label, manufactured in the Netherlands, as indicated on the record labels. The gatefold sleeve was printed in Germany by Heinrich Nicolaus G.m.b.H. and features a unique stamped serial number: № 493607. The set includes the two vinyl records and the original fold-out poster with a photo collage of the band members.
The album is in a condition consistent with its age and history, contributing to its vintage character. The sleeve shows a clear patina and signs of wear, while the vinyl records themselves have been preserved. The presence of the original poster makes this set complete for the collector.
As a milestone in music history, this album is an essential piece for any serious record collection. It represents a turning point in the band's creative development and remains an influential work.
