This is the high headboard for the Auping Auronde bed, an iconic design by Frans de la Haye from 1973. The piece is known for its clean lines and functional aesthetics, and is a classic in Dutch design.
This headboard, designed for a 160 cm wide bed, is made of wood and finished in a neutral grey color. On both sides there are integrated bedside tables with open shelves, offering practical storage space. The construction combines the characteristic rounded shapes of the Auronde series with a sleek, modern profile.
The furniture is in good, used condition and retains its structural integrity and functional value. The finish bears witness to a previous life and gives the object a unique character. The combination of the grey headboard with the wooden details of the bed frame creates a warm contrast.
Thanks to its timeless and minimalist design, this headboard fits seamlessly into various modern bedroom interiors. It offers a smart and stylish solution for those looking for a bed frame with integrated storage options.
