About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is an antique, double-armed piano candle holder, crafted from brass. The design is characterized by its elegant, swivel mechanism and the refined, openwork arms typical of the Art Nouveau style.
The candle holder is entirely made of brass and has a gold-colored finish. The central mounting point features a hinge, allowing the two arms to swivel independently. This functional detail made it possible to optimally direct the candlelight onto the sheet music. Each arm is decorated with openwork, flowing lines and ends in a candle holder with a corresponding drip tray.
The object is in good, original condition consistent with its age. The brass parts show an authentic patina, which contributes to the historical character of the piece. The structure and the swivel mechanism are intact and functional.
This candle holder is not only a functional lighting object but also a decorative accent that adds a touch of classic elegance. It is a suitable piece for a classic or eclectic interior, mounted on a piano, a wall, or a bookshelf.
