Product description
This is a hand-carved wooden Bowl from 1930, embodying Scandinavian design principles. The piece is characterized by its authentic craftsmanship and the signature and dating engraved on the underside, making it a unique historical object. The Bowl is made from a solid piece of wood and features a warm, medium-brown color with visible grain. The exterior is decorated with a pattern of structured, recessed fields, creating a tactile contrast to the smooth, polished interior. The signature engraved on the underside, a monogram, as well as the year "1930" prove the origin and age of the object. The overall condition of the Bowl is good and corresponds to its age of almost a century. It possesses an authentic patina and character that bear witness to its history. The original surface has been preserved and emphasizes the natural beauty of the wood. As a decorative element, this Bowl is excellently suited for a sideboard, a coffee table or a shelf. Its timeless design harmonizes with Scandinavian, rustic or Mid-Century style interiors and adds a touch of warmth and craftsmanship to any room.
