Product description
Beautiful and iconic set of 5 mid-century wooden folding chairs, the well-known 'Trieste' model, designed by Aldo Jacober & Pierangelo D'Aniello in the 1960s for Alberto Bazzani (Italy).
This is the authentic licensed Central European version, stamped "Made in Czechoslovakia" under the seat. On some chairs, the stamp is somewhat faded.
Clever construction: the chairs fold extremely flat and slide tightly behind each other, taking up hardly any space.
1 chair has been repaired, the others have signs of wear consistent with age.
