Product description
This is an Iviken table lamp, an iconic IKEA design from the 90s. The piece is immediately recognizable by its distinctive 'ice cube' shape, a design that is both playful and minimalist.
The lamp is made of a heavy, thick glass shade with an irregular, frosted texture that diffuses light in an atmospheric way. When the lamp is on, it emits a warm and diffuse glow. The base is made of white plastic, and the design is a classic example of the accessible Scandinavian design for which IKEA is known.
This item is in very good vintage condition, retaining its original aesthetic. The lamp is fully functional and shows only minimal traces consistent with its age and careful use.
Due to its compact shape, the Iviken lamp is versatile, for example, as ambient lighting on a dresser, as a night light, or as a subtle light accent in a bookcase. It fits seamlessly into a minimalist, retro, or Scandinavian interior.
