Vogtherr
After working for various design firms in Munich and Stuttgart, Vogtherr founded his own design studio in Munich in 1972. He specialized in the design of furniture and office equipment, and quickly gained an international reputation for his innovative creations. During his career, Vogtherr has worked with many renowned design brands, including Arco, Arflex, Artifort, Thonet, Haworth and Wilkhahn. His designs have won numerous awards, including the prestigious Red Dot Design Award. Among his most famous creations are the "Graph" office chair for Wilkhahn, the "Senso" armchair for Arflex and the "Flamingo" chair for Artifort. Burkhard Vogtherr is considered one of the most influential designers of his generation, and his work continues to inspire many designers today.
