Bertil Mauritzon, born September 9, 1940 in Malmö, died there in March 2012, was a Swedish graphic designer. He was trained at the Painting School Forum in Malmö. Mauritzon, who was primarily a graphic artist, was particularly interested in motifs around the puppet theater. His expertise regarding the French puppet theater tradition around the Guignol puppet is recognized among Swedish stage artists in the puppet theater profession. Mauritzon is represented at, among others, the Modern Museum in Stockholm and the Kalmar Art Museum.
