About this seller
Product description
Original Gispen tubular chair model 1231 from the 1960s. The chair has a chrome tubular frame, black skai upholstery and the typical high "socks" around the legs. There is a handle on the back of the frame, making the chair easy to move.
This chair has obvious history: some white paint splatter and a small tear in the skai upholstery. It probably stood in a workshop or studio. This gives it a lived-in look that fits well in a vintage or industrial interior.
