Product description
Two-piece buffet from the 1910s that embodies the flowing design language of Art Nouveau. Floral carvings and gently curved lines characterize its appearance, while the glazed doors with delicate muntins give the solid piece of furniture an unexpected lightness. An open niche in the center section breaks up the structure. Made of sturdy beech wood stained in a warm, medium to dark brown tone, the piece reflects traditional craftsmanship. Artistic cutouts and the original metal fittings highlight the attention to detail. This historic piece is in very good, well-maintained vintage condition, with a fine patina that tells the story of its over one hundred years of history.
