Vintage jewelry box in green onyx marble with gold-colored copper-plated metal lion paws and trim, Italy, 1950s, marked GSE ottone garantito.
Based on an antique Italian model, this one is a lot younger but made with very high quality, the marble is beautifully veined, shades of green, brown and orange.
In good vintage condition, some signs of age on the metal, fading of the copper layer, some small chips along 1 side, but no deep scratches or major cracks, check the photos for more details!
