Unusual wall lamp made of wrought iron and thick Glass, manufactured in the 1960s to 1970s. Extraordinary Design, a real eye-catcher. Unknown manufacturer, this type of lamp was produced and sold in Germany in the 1960s and 1970s, but also in other European countries.
The lamp requires 2 E14 bulbs (the bulbs in the pictures are not included in the item price).
Height 54.5 cm, width 28 cm, depth 10 cm, weight 2700 g. The diameter of the colored glass pane is 18.5 cm.
*A small side note: Curiously enough, designs of this type of lamp have been attributed to the Swedish designer duo "Ahlström & Ehrlich" (A & E Design) for years. In the literature, however, there is no evidence that these two were responsible for the designs of the lamps, especially since they represent a completely different stylistic direction. The attribution is therefore a classic hoax, i.e.: the attribution is not correct, but unfortunately it is published and distributed unchecked by many dealers and all Design platforms.
