Louis Touchagues was a French painter, graphic artist, illustrator and lithographer.
Born in 1893 . Father was a painter and mother a fashion designer.
From 1923 he lived in Paris and became a designer and illustrator for magazines such as Paris - Journal, L'Art Vivant and Le Charivari.
He illustrated books for Colette, Sascha Guidry and George Duhamel.
Friends with Marc Chagall, Raoul Dufy and Ossip Zadkine.
